Roof Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty for our roofing installations covering both materials and workmanship. This warranty ensures that any defects in materials or errors in installation will be addressed.

• Material Warranty: Covers defects in the roofing materials (Duration varies by material, specifications will be provided upon request)
• Workmanship Warranty: Covers issues resulting from installation errors (Duration: 5 years from installation date).

Siding Warranty

Our siding installations are backed by a warranty that includes coverage for both materials and workmanship. This warranty guarantees that any defects or installation issues will be resolved.

• Material Warranty: Covers defects in the siding materials (Duration varies by manufacturer, specifications will be provided upon request).
• Workmanship Warranty: Covers issues arising from the installation process.

Additional Labor

Any additional labor, including gutters, soffit, fascia, awnings, etc, is covered by a 1-year warranty from the installation date.

General Terms

• Activation: Warranties are valid upon completion of the installation.
• Claims: For warranty claims, please contact us with details of the issue. We will review and address your concerns promptly.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from external factors such as storms, winds, lightning, hail, flooding, fire, other natural causes, or damages caused by abuse, accidental or improper maintenance.
