At Red Line Roofing, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of trust and professionalism. In the state of Illinois, any individual or business entity seeking to engage in roofing activities must undergo a thorough background check and examination, in addition to fulfilling stringent requirements and maintaining full bonding and insurance, to obtain a license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, the regulatory authority governing the roofing profession. There are two classifications of roofing licenses:
Limited Roofing Licenses: These contractors may provide services exclusively for residential properties and condominium buildings containing no more than eight units.
Unlimited Roofing Licenses: These contractors are authorized to provide services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
We are pleased to inform you that Red Line Roofing holds an Unlimited Roofing License and is fully bonded and insured, with comprehensive coverage that exceeds the minimum requirements.
We highly encourage you to verify the licensing status of any professional offering you roofing/restoration services.

What is an adjuster?
There are three types of insurance adjusters:
A public adjuster is mandated to operate with objectivity and unwavering loyalty to the interests of the insured. Their role is to provide information, counsel, and services that are specifically tailored to best meet your insurance claim needs and protect your rights.
The Illinois Department of Insurance regulates insurance companies and the insurance industry in the state. This includes overseeing the licensing of insurance agents, brokers, and public adjusters, as well as ensuring compliance with state insurance laws and protecting consumers' interests. Our partner public adjusters are fully licensed by the Department and participate in ongoing education to guarantee they provide the highest standard of service and remain current with applicable regulations governing their practice.
